Initially, we don’t have a policy of return or refund, while if the wrong product is delivered, we may offer you the exchange of the product within 7 days of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging without any damage.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without our confirmation.
Once the exchange is initiated, we will confirm you for the return pickup.
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and an exchange order will be created.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
We only replace the same items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@alzayan.in. We may require a video and images of the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
